Suppsandskincare.com.au endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery for us to consider exchange for the defective product. Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
